Ref App 2.6	Burke/Maurya/Stephen	Release manager posting was posted to Talk - https://talk.openmrs.org/t/volunteer-to-be-the-openmrs-refapp-2-6-release-manager/9491 Have 3 volunteers and have reached out to them about their skill set Posted in developer category as well but received nothing yet Stephen has updated and added tickets on the Technical Roadmap Identify release manager by end of week By Feb 27 need to spec out items on the Technical Roadmap for 2.6 so GSoC students can pick them up and work them during the month of March
Community Priority Tickets	All	http://om.rs/pmtool new version will have current reference application need to do release of 2.0.3 Platform (release manager Mukesh Mukesh) need to make sure we are putting maintenance releases in the Technical Roadmap https://talk.openmrs.org/t/platform-2-1-0-roadmap/9397
Andela	Daniel Kayiwa	need to make sure we have set up the Andela team for short sprints and follow ups - 2week sprint/iteration with showcase after Process: planning meeting, post to Talk an intro to team/project, sprint, showcase need to have Andela team post introduction to Andela and the project on Talk Daniel will schedule calendar of work to be done and reporting back every two weeks

Action items

Stephen Senkomago Musoke will be responsible to make sure 2.6 Technical Roadmap items get specified so other developers can help to get tickets done, GSoC students can even pick these up
Darius Jazayeri will get update from Mukesh Mukesh
Sri Maurya Kummamuru will take a look at documentation under processes and we will circle back next week
Daniel Kayiwa will set up Andela showcase and have them post intro to post about team and project
Darius Jazayeri need to ask James and Rafal if they can give monthly updates on PM calls for there active projects (join calls or post to Talk)
Darius Jazayeri will work with Jan Flowers on putting together a schedule for quarterly project updates
