• 2 students rolling off and 2 more joining this week
• Planning end of sprint demo (have shared poll for dates)
• Had hoped to have work ready for release by end of current sprint #12 (ends 18 Dec), but discovered one more sprint is needed.
• Bi-weekly meeting with Daniel & Andela to review progress (Jan, Darius used to join, Cynthia had joined one recently)

• Plan a strategic meeting re: Andela (at least Daniel, Burke, Cynthia, Jan, and Jen)
• Ensure Cynthia joins bi-weekly meetings
