Meets every Monday (excluding holidays) 5-6pm UTC (12-1pm US/Eastern Daylight Saving Time) after the Monday Design Forum. See a list of time zone conversions.

Description

• Purpose: Ensure that weekly work activities are on schedule (discuss any project blockers, provide project status updates, discuss collaborations with organizations, discuss resource focus, etc.)
• General format: 
  • Review & update our technical road map page to reflect active work, goals, and priorities for the community. (30 min)
    • Review progress & anticipate issues with existing milestones
    • Anticipate what is needed to make progress on future milestones
  • Updates from OpenMRS Distributions (5 min each)
  • Reflect on how we're doing with project management. What can we do better next week? (1 min)
  • AOB
  • Review action items (1 min)
• Who can join? - All members of the OpenMRS community that serve in a leadership capacity. That is, an individual who dedicates a significant amount of his/her time in service of other members of the OpenMRS community and implementations.
