This page will be used to document the progress of the currently active project to develop JavaScript tooling for OpenMRS.

Overview

In order to reduce the overhead of getting started with building a JavaScript application on top of the OpenMRS Platform, this project aims to make it very easy to access the OpenMRS API and perform common functions from within a JavaScript application.

Ecosystem

Currently, the OpenMRS JavaScript ecosystem consists of:
