RFP Process and Schedule for OMRS13

• in the process of improving the RFP for this year
• Using RFP from 2012
• Using lessons learned from past years
• Trying to develop the hackathon a bit more
• Suggest to have RFP question about local organizations that would like to attend
• suggestion to identify where people traveled from, did not feel it was a regional meeting so we may need to take that on as a strategic task
• would like to think about what the country and organization would get out of the meeting in the evaluation process
• RFP process kick off in early November, month review or maybe a little longer
• review proposals for about a month

• Need to have a meeting around architecture with OpenMRS & DHIS
