UC 01 Create Full Concept Proposal

Data entry clerk or site admin wants to create a concept proposal with full or partial concept detail. User is able to specify:

  • Name
  • Short Name
  • Description
  • Synonyms
  • Class
  • Set
  • Set Values (existing or proposed concepts)
  • Datatypes
  • Which datatypes? (Numeric, Coded, Text, N/A, Document, Date, Time, Datetime, Boolean, Rule, Structured Numeric, Complex)
  • Mappings (to existing concepts)
  • Version

At minimum the name must included. At the conclusion the concept proposal will be sent to dictionary admin for review and processing.
