Do we want to create some sort of handler behind the scenes that when new medication dispense object is created, it potentially updates the fulfiller status of the underlying Drug Order

Sets "Completed" by anaylzing the amount dispensed and the underlying refills allowed?
Sets "Exception" if "return to prescriber" selected?
