International Medical Corps (IMC) modified the patient and data workflow from Save the Children (SCI) Kerry Town ETC and adapted it for the IMC ETC in Lunsar, Sierra Leone (for continuity and ease of use). 

 

The treatment record (draft version) will be part of our inpatient form. The circles indicate standing orders for medications for the patient at the appropriate times.
