How to step by step guide to:
Set up a secret question and answer

1. Log into OpenMRS.
2. Click on the “My Profile” link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click on the “Change Login Info” link on the left side of the page.
4. Set up your Secret Question and Answer. (to be used if password is forgotten)                                                                                                                                                                                                                Example of secret Question: Which city is your favorite ?
   Secret Answer:  Rome
5.  
   1. Old Password = Current password for system
   2. Secret Question = Question to prompt for Secret Answer
   3. New Secret Answer = type in the secret answer
   4. Confirm Secret Answer = type in secret answer again
6. Click on the “Save Options” button.
