Select Patient

How to step by step guide to:
Find Patient

1. Log into OpenMRS
2. Click on the “Find/Create Patient” link on the top bar of links.
3. In the first dialog enter known information
4. The results will appear as typed
5. Select the intended patient
6. The selected patient’s profile will be opened
7. Select a tab to see information including:
   1. Overview
   2. Regimens
   3. Visits
   4. Demographics
   5. Graphs
   6. Form Entry
8. When finished select the “Home” button at the top of the page
