Update the concept index
The concept names are indexed to improve the performance for concept searches. For example, 'Essential hypertension' would be indexed and 'essential' and 'hypertension' would be stored in the concept_word table.
To run indexing, look for Administration -> Update Concept Index. To run this for all the concept names, do no include a range of concept_ids.
