Average memory usage of the system per seconds and minutes

• Used memory values are captured using Java Management beans for Memory
  
  
• A listener is started at module start to periodically capture these data
  
  
• Memory usage charts are populated with the captured data.

● Per sec chart: In each 10 seconds
● Per min chart: In each 1 minute
