This is a maintenance release for OpenMRS 1.9.x which fixes several bugs and adds a few features including:

  • Enabled openmrs:require tag attribute value expressions
  • Added JSR-303 validation jars to OpenMRS core
  • Added SerializableComplexObsHandler interface for form processing methods
  • Reading Application Data directory location a from system property

* Adding 3 foreign key relationships (creator,created_by,voided_by) to encounter_provider table
