This is not a full release of the OpenMRS Platform, and it will not get Long Term support. It is intended for production use, but only if you are a developer who wants to always use a cutting-edge release of openmrs-core.
What's New
OpenMRS Core 2.1.1 is a maintenance release that fixes several bugs from Core 2.1.0. There are no database changes when upgrading from 2.1.0 to this version.
Thanks Angshuman Sarkar, Daniel Kayiwa, Dimitri R, Shruthi Pitta, and Yusuf Akhond for these fixes.

I think you need to update the line that goes "There are no database changes when upgrading from 2.0.2 to this version" to say from 2.1.0 instead
