Volunteers		would like to put more effort into finding those interested in security - need to identify these people and get them onboard to the mailing list and topics have had some people showing some interest in technical project management or business analyst - asking them to dip their toes into a couple projects and then help us to determine a project process Daniel and Maurya think having more clearly defined sprints would help and how new developers can jump in so they can direct them need to help PM's find out how to grab a project and how they can help someone like Chris Power could help with something like condition list to determine a
