Does release of Platform 2.0 (or 1.12.x) depend on HTML Form Entry Extensions for OpenMRS 1.9 Module (!) https://modules.openmrs.org/#/show/59/htmlformentry19ext?

Getting 1.12 released

Add order_template_type to orderset member resource

Make sure concept search is working (wasn't working today using 1.12-beta standalone)

Quick tutorial demonstrating use of the module (for community who may want to use it as well as for us to make sure our expectations of order sets aligns with TW)
