OCL subscription module	raff	Jamie will follow up with Rafal
2.3 release managers		will be asking for 2.3 and platform release managers Jamie will get requests out for volunteers
Condition List	Daniel Kayiwa	Emerson was not on today's call. Will get update next week We may want to have a design call and sprint on condition list Daniel will take a look at condition list to see what we need to do to get the API in 2.3
OpenMRS Web Framework	Burke Mamlin	Darius and Burke are going to try and talk about action plan for REST this week
Vertical Packaging	raff	Burke will reach out to Rafal about being the technical owner for metadata mapping
Administrative functions	Wyclif Luyima	Basic Admin UI sprint will start 27 July
Order Entry		Removing this from the 29 July design call Bumping order entry from 2.3
