Purpose: Review what funds presently support OpenMRS and what funds are coming in the near or distant future

  1. (15 min) What are our current funds?
  2. (35 min) How will these funds be used within OpenMRS?
  3. (10 min) Wrap Up and Action Items

Operational
Total Time: 1.5 hours
Purpose: Define the vision of the OpenMRS software over the next 1-3 years.

  1. (30 min) What functionality will we provide in the core platform?
  2. (30 min) What constitutes a full release?
    1. Do we need significant trunk changes or do improvements in bug fixes and bundled modules constitute enough for a release?
  3. (20 min) What impact does this vision have on testing?
    1. What does thorough testing of the software look like?
      Purpose: Is the organogram created by BCG working for us?
  4. (10 min) What are the roles in the organization? How do we define those roles?

Community
Total Time: 1.5 hours
Purpose: Defining what it means to be implementation driven and putting that meaning into action

  1. (40 min) Define implementation driven
  2. (40 min) Plan how OpenMRS can uphold this definition in its operational plan
  3. (10 min ) Discuss tools and methods to broaden community involvement
