  • The nonprofit was "born" 13 April 2011
    • Registered through the State of Indiana
    • Currently exists as a "taxable" nonprofit. The IRS application (and approval) makes it "tax exempt".
  • Conclusion -
    • Attached is a Gantt chart of what's left to do with the nonprofit
    • Next week - have the lawyer on for 20min to answer any final questions

  • Darius - structure things in 2wk sprints to give us all an easier way to look at how OpenMRS is spending it's time
