    • Chris provided an agenda with time slots for breakaway sessions, social activities, etc.
    • Important messages during the meeting include:
      • OpenMRS 2.0 for UI revamp and how our organization and community will handle it
      • How we support emerging service organizations and how OpenMRS is affiliated with those organizations
      • Discuss the process of setting up the nonprofit organization
        • What we have done so far, and what we still need to do
  • Topics Summary
    • In addition to the current list on the OpenMRS site, participants can write additional topics at the beginning of the meeting
      • A participant can vote for each topic they prefer to see and attend during the meeting
      • The topics with the most votes will occur
        • We want to make sure there are sessions and topics that meet the specific skill sets of the participants.
  • Organizational Matters
    • Having white boards that cover each day of the conference and list the session topic, room location, and time
