      • Michael Downey, David Eaves, and Dawn went over the individual feedback from each Leadership member in regards to the mission and values
        • The review group concluded a discussion is needed with the Leadership group on what the vision is of OpenMRS
        • Discussion is also needed around the relationship between software and the community
      • ACTION:
        • Dawn will phone each Leadership member for individual views on the vision of OpenMRS and on the next call where every Leadership member is present, conduct a group discussion for consensus
        • Michael, David, and Dawn will meet to construct the next draft
        • Dawn will compile a pro/con list of the software license options
    • Infrastructure
      • OMRS will have summer student to help with the transition (making the media wiki page fit into the confluent page, data transformation with OMRS, etc.)
      • ACTION:
        • Burke discussed the next steps:
          • Create and import user accounts, import tickets with all the customization (what states the tickets are in, tracking the tickets, and ensuring the tickets are imported properly, etc.), track the status of the imports
        • Michael Downey will take an agenda slot in a Dev call to further discuss design decisions with everyone
      • GOAL: The group agreed setting 1 July 2010 as the date to be in JIRA
  • Centers for Excellence
    • The Society for Health Information System Programmes (HISP India) are set to complete a fairly large hospital deployment
    • Darius will make plans to make a visit and discuss the intentions of OMRS long term in addition to HISP India functioning as an implementing organization long term
