Discussed Brian's used of a cohort definition as the rule for a state transition.
Justin asked about the hl7_error_queue. If an hl7 queue item errors out during processing, all obs are rolled back. The entire process is surrounded by a transaction – if part of it fails, all of it fails.
Justin and Darius discussed the errors being thrown by Neal's mini LIMS system.
