Handling Estimated Dates

Burke-The idea would be to change our boolean flag from using estimated birth date as just a boolean and turn it into actually into a coded value. We would just come up with a code, whether it was exact estimated to year, estimated to month, estimated to day, that would allow us when we are storing a date to kind of have our cake and eat it to. Discussion.

Wiki Update

Everyone viewed the new look of the OpenMRS wiki page and gave input.

Report builder and the report framework

Justin will email Ben, so he can run the report and in turn, Ben will show everyone else.
