    • When brands are stored in drug and generic forms in concept, the drug-to-concept mapping provides this mechanism
    • If the "no pharmacy" model is used — i.e., drug usage forms are stored in both concept and drug in a one-to-one manner — how do we still map to generic forms? concept_set? re-introduce PIH's INN attribute? Or do we keep drug.concept_id for one-to-one mapping and (plus) drug.generic_concept_id?
