Who
Any developer working on OpenMRS that is interested in discussing technical aspects around OpenMRS – whether you have a topic to discuss or just want to listen in.
Before the call begins, add the Skype user with Skype Name freeconferencing. (Do not choose "groupcalling".) This user will automatically appear "online" in your Skype contact list.
Courtesy, please If you are participating via Skype, please use a headset-microphone, or at least earphones. Please use the mute feature when you are not speaking.
Chat/IRC
A backchannel meta-discussion during the meeting occurs on IRC.
Screen sharing
Occasionally, a presenter may wish to share his or her desktop or documents with others. If so, use Adobe Connect at connect.openmrs.org. All who join have the ability to share.

Until we get around to making a Confluence plugin for presenting agenda links in a brief calendar format I used this little Groovy script (can be run in the Groovy Web Console) to auto-generate the calendar markup. I suppose a user macro could do the same if someone wanted to code it.
